The space The apartment is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, bed linens and towels. The apartment is in a residential building, on the 2nd block of Jatiúca Beach, a quiet, organized and safe place to enjoy your well-deserved vacation. You will be a few meters from the beach, with a beautiful, fully structured boardwalk, with beach tents and tapioca at night. Although the apartment is a bedroom and living room, the furniture layout was designed to optimize space and provide greater comfort to our guests. On the penthouse, in addition to the view, there is a very nice swimming pool from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We thought of all the details, such as a fan, kitchen utensils, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, Claro 250 Mb. Wi-Fi internet, a work bench in the bedroom for guests working from home, a washing machine, split air-conditioning in the bedroom and blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom, all to make everyday life easier and provide greater comfort. For sleeping, we have a bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, with a comfortable 30-cm high mattress with pocket springs, with 2 single auxiliary beds on each side and a double sofa bed in the living room. Thus, it is possible to accommodate, for example, 2 adults and 1 child in the bedroom and 1 adult and 1 small child in the living room. On the ground floor there is a home office, which can be used by guests by prior appointment at the front desk. Due to condominium rules, we require that a copy of the guest's ID be sent after booking to be forwarded to the building's reception on the day of check-in. Guest access The building has a 24-hour entrance, allowing you to arrive at any time. Guests will have access to a private garage for a passenger car and a leisure area on the roof with a swimming pool. All guests are required to present an ID. Other things to note As it is a residential building, there are rules of coexistence that must be followed by everyone, such as silence after 10 p.m., a ban on hanging clothes on the windows, a ban on walking through common areas in swimwear, and the overnight stay of people other than those included in the reservation. The use of the pool and rooftop area is allowed between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., when available. Only passenger cars can be parked in the garage, and trucks and the like cannot enter. The parking space has a low ceiling, so it is necessary to stop the car facing out and be careful not to go too far into the parking space. All guests are required to present an ID.
