This house is located on Guaratuba Beach, municipality of Bertioga/SP. It is at Km 200 of Rod. Gov. Mario Covas, towards the city of São Sebastião. The house is 12 km from Riviera de São Lourenço and 23 km from Juquehy. The distance from the house to the beach is only 300 meters, so there is no need to use the car. The house has all the utensils and appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso, just bring your capsules to use it! It has two refrigerators and a beer maker. The space The house has 4 en-suites, all with air-conditioning and with capacity/beds for 12 people, distributed as follows: 3 en-suites are on the upper floor and one is on the ground floor, as follows: 1- 3 single box beds, 1 of which is a bunk bed; 2- 1 full bed and 1 twin bed; 3- 1 full bed. On the ground floor: 4- 3 single box beds. Other things to note ***No parties or events of any kind are allowed in the house***
