Our cozy apartment with 85 m² of living space can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room with couch and dining area invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Especially in summer, you can spend relaxed barbecue evenings in our garden. The fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. A separate telephone connection is available. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. All mattresses were renewed in 2021 (including Emma one). For babies, the most important utensils such as bed, highchair and rocking horse are available. The spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the overall picture. A washing machine in the apartment and a dryer in the house are available for a fee to clean your clothes. Especially in summer, you can spend relaxed barbecue evenings in our garden. The garden pool has a sunroof and a counter-current system. From May/June to September/October, depending on the weather, the pool is heated via solar panels. Animal lovers will enjoy our free-range cats, a horse that is no longer able to ride, three turtles and fish. Free Wi-Fi and carport are available. Welcome to Haus Ruhland! Families and seniors will find the necessary peace and quiet with us. Enjoy the undisturbed view of meadows and forests, and forget your everyday life. For the adventurous, a visit to the large amusement park near Cham or a visit to an adventure pool is recommended. Culture lovers will of course also get their money's worth, because there are many museums and glassworks in the surrounding area. Animal lovers will certainly be enthusiastic about the horses directly at the property. Guests can also take advantage of the proximity to the Czech Republic (about 15 km) for a cheap shopping experience. The offered bus trips to Prague or Carlsbad are also recommended. A bike tour is highly recommended for sports enthusiasts. Furthermore, there are many signposted hiking trails, the forest is in the immediate vicinity to look for mushrooms or collect berries. Skiers will also get their money's worth. In Waldmünchen (about 15 km) there is a lift for beginners and also advanced skiers. For the absolute professionals, of course, a descent on the Arber is a must. Cross-country ski enthusiasts will find groomed cross-country ski trails around the Silbersee, in Rötz (about 13 km), Schönsee (13 km) and in Waldmünchen. If you want to make your own trail, you can start right in front of the apartment.
