Licensed: H661215462 The space We are located on a private acreage in a semi-rural area of Penticton. The living area walks out onto a landscaped garden with numerous places to relax; enjoy a drink or dine outdoors. A private keyed entrance leads to the bright ground level living area. The private bedroom is roomy with a comfortable queen sized bed. A queen sized pullout sofa is located in the living area. The bathroom has a large shower and use of laundry facilities is available. Kitchen space is ample and has all conveniences for making meals. Guest access Guests will have access throughout our acreage property and access to a connected neighbourhood. We live in the upper stairs portion of the house with our cat Lilly roaming the property. There is private parking onsite in a driveway area. Other things to note We are a semi rural location and do have animals on the property. There is a barn cat who roams, she is independent and friendly. There is a koi pond, so little ones need to be monitored. Our property is non-smoking/vaping.
