The property is located in the heart of Monte Verde, just 2 blocks from the main avenue, close to the city's shops, restaurants and main attractions. A privileged location that combines tranquility and practicality. Important: Monte Verde is a district of Camanducaia, so the address may appear as “Camanducaia” on the website. But rest assured, the house is right in Monte Verde! The space The house accommodates up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms, with: ➡️2 bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. ➡️Equipped kitchen ➡️Dining room ➡️Living room with fireplace ➡️Large garden with lovely view On the same property there is a separate cottage for up to 2 people, which can be rented separately (in another listing). 💡 About the daily rate: We use a system that automatically adjusts the amount according to the number of guests informed. This allows smaller groups to pay less, making the stay fairer. 👉 Therefore, it is important to correctly fill in the number of guests when making the reservation. If you need to add or remove someone, the amount will be adjusted before check-in. 🐾 We accept pets! As long as you are notified at the time of booking and pay an extra fee per pet, which will be included in the total amount. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the house throughout the stay. Outdoor areas, such as the garden, are shared with the owners and, eventually, with guests of the chalet. Other things to note ⏰ Check-in and check-out times We are flexible with schedules whenever possible! If there are no guests leaving on the day of your arrival or entering on the day of your departure, you can choose the time you prefer to check in or out — just arrange it with us! However, when there are other nearby reservations: Check-out must be completed by 11 a.m., without exception, so that we have time to prepare the house with all due care. Check-in will be released from 4 p.m. if there are guests leaving the same day.
