The space FIRST FLOOR: ◘ Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. The space is practical and functional, featuring appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cookware to meet your needs. ◘ The living room, integrated with the kitchen, offers a cozy space with a 43" Smart TV for your leisure moments. It also includes a fan to keep the environment pleasant, making it the perfect place to relax. ◘ On the first floor, there is also a guest bathroom with a hairdryer and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron, bucket, broom, squeegee, floor cloth, portable clothesline, and dustpan—offering even more convenience. The barbecue grill on the external balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy time outdoors with friends and family. SECOND FLOOR: Climbing the internal staircase, you’ll find two private suites, both with balconies. Each suite features: • 2 high-quality box double bed. • 2 extras single mattress, ensuring everyone’s comfort. • Split air conditioning, providing the perfect climate for peaceful nights of sleep. • The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with high-flow showers, shampoo, and liquid soap, offering a relaxing experience after a day at the beach.
