It is a safe house with bars on the windows and mosquito nets. You will find all the modern house devices such as freezer, microwave, TV, cooker, blender, A.C., fans, iron and internet. In the front bedroom there is 1 king size bed and 1 bunk bed. In the other bedroom there are 3 bunk beds and 1 single size bed. You will find all the kitchen utensils such as cutlery and pans. There are 2 indoors bathrooms, both with hot showers that can be used simultaneously. There is 1 outdoor lavatory with no shower. There are in total 11 beds and 4 extra mattresses. Guest access All the house space is available for the guests. Except for the small pantry where I keep my tools. Please, keep the children away because it contains sharp objects and paints. The residential electricity board is located there. Other things to note House voltage is 110v, except for showers and A.C. which is 220v. Large yard for your convenience, so your pets can play freely. The street is being prepared for pavement. There are 2 hammocks free for use. There are 3 bicycles. The bikes can be used by the guests after payment of R$ 5,00 per day/bike. In case of theft or loss the guest must pay the amount of R$ 200,00 per bike. In case of damage the guest must repair it.
