Other things to note - Baby kit available on request and for rent, including: a travel cot, a baby bath and a high chair (subject to availability). - Parties, evenings, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood. - Electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited - Use of air conditioning: Air conditioning should only be used with the doors and shutters of the rooms closed. Under no circumstances should it be used to cool the entire accommodation.
