Vila Madalena Diseno Studio

Located in the heart of Vila Madalena, one of the most vibrant, bohemian, artistic and architectural neighborhoods in the city of São Paulo. This minimalist studio has a balcony with an unobstructed view and has everything you need to make your stay perfect and cozy. The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment. Other things to note For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs. It is not permitted to receive visitors. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged. Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support. We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.
