The property has a privileged location with easy access to the city's tourist attractions, close to Churches, Clube Privé, Water Park, Choperia Ipê, SESC, pizzerias, Zoom nightclub, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, bars, bakery, Hot Park (Cerrado beach - artificial), Náutico, craft fairs and much more. The space DOUBLE SUITE: It has a queen size double bed, a 32-inch SMARTTV with panel, split air-conditioning, designed cabinets and a blackout curtain, a desk for working from home or studying. The suite has a private bathroom with a shower stall, mirrored cabinets and decoration; SINGLE ROOM: It has two single box beds, one of which has an auxiliary bed underneath, a 24-inch SMARTV TV, split air-conditioning, planned cabinets and a blackout curtain. In this single room, the two single beds can be joined together, thus turning into a double bed. SOCIAL BATHROOM: This bathroom has the same dimensions and characteristics as the bathroom in the en-suite, with a shower stall, cabinet, mirrors and decoration; DINING AND LIVING ROOM: Four-seat sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix, a dining table with a rotating top and 4 comfortable chairs, bar/counter with 2 chairs/high stools. AMERICAN-STYLE KITCHEN: Integrated with the living room, our kitchen was fully assembled with appliances, such as: 4-burner cooktop, electric oven, air purifier, cold water filter, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker and blender. The kitchen was all assembled with planned cabinets and has all the necessary utensils for preparing meals, such as a set of pots, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, containers, etc; SERVICE AREA: It has a fixed clothesline and a washing machine; GOURMET BALCONY: Balcony with space for barbecue (bring an electric barbecue, as we do not provide one), a support counter and a granite table with 2 comfortable chairs. ALL windows, as well as the balcony, have a PROTECTIVE SCREEN for children. Our condominium (Residencial Prive das Thermas II) is the BEST residential development of the Prive Group in Caldas Novas! It is located in the hotel center and features a large and beautiful water park with 7 swimming pools (6 of which are heated), mixed sauna, fitness center, game room, multi-sport court, peteca court, children's playground, toy library, waterslide, restaurant, snack bar, wet bar, waterfalls and covered garage. Well located, Residencial Prive das Thermas 2 is close to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, craft fairs, an amusement park, bakeries and just a 12-minute walk to the city center, which has several attractions. It is allowed to take food and drink to the leisure area, as long as the regimental rules of not using glass utensils, not consuming inside the pools (except the wet bar pool where consumption is allowed inside it) and taking the drinks down in the standard thermal box of the condominium that is inside the apartment are observed. GENERAL NOTES: 1) Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If we have availability, these times can be changed. For each change, a half-day charge will be made; 2) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment; 3) We do not provide bed and bath linens! However, in order to facilitate the travel and stay of our guests, we can indicate a partner and reliable supplier for outsourced rental; 4) Do not use a charcoal grill under any circumstances. Electric grills are allowed and you can bring one if you want; 5) Pets are not allowed; 6) The site displays an average rate. Make your inquiry to check the exact amount for the intended period; 7) The condominium charges R$ 15.00 (fifteen reais) from each guest for an identification bracelet. This amount, which is paid only once (it is not a daily fee), must be paid at the condominium RECEPTION upon check-in. Children up to 5 (five) years of age do not pay for this identification bracelet; 8) When a RESERVATION REQUEST or INQUIRY is made on this site, the owner will send a quote according to the number of people indicated by the traveler. Thus, any request for an increase in the number of guests by the traveler will be analyzed by the owner and, if accepted, an extra fee will be charged; 9) The pools' hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guest access Guests can use the entire common area of the condominium at no additional cost. There are 7 swimming pools (6 of them are heated), a multi-sports court, sauna, peteca court, fitness center, game room, restaurant and snack bar.
