This is a ground floor condo located right on the beach and within a few minutes walking distance of downtown Jaco with shopping, restaurants, bars and numerous other attractions. Additional persons under the age of 12 are an additional $25.00 per night. There is a $500.00 damage deposit required. This is a 1300 square foot young family friendly ground level condo with 2 bed rooms, two baths, and a full kitchen. The master bedroom features a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bed room has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage and closet space. Both bathrooms have dual shower heads and include a hand held shower. There is also a crib'playpen for toddlers as well as a high chair which pulls up to the breakfast bar counter. The kitchen is fully equipped so you may choose to make some or all of your own meals There are also laundry facilities in the apartment. Guest access TERThe condo is gated and supplied with a 24/7 on site security guard. The condo management offers full concierge services for guests. Housekeeping service is also available. You will only be a few steps away from the beach and the pool is just outside the door. Other things to note The local language is Spanish however the restaurants, bars and shops all have English speaking staff. Most Costa Ricans can also muster up a bit of English so communication isn't usually a problem. However the Costa Ricans appreciate any attempts on your part to speak Spanish such as the common courtesies of Please (Por Favor), Thank you (Gracias) etc. The currency in Costa Rica is Colonies however American dollars are accepted everywhere. $1.00 USD = (approx.) 500 colones.
