The Karet Ecolodges are perfectly located in a rainforest. You will be 500 m from the beautiful beach of Grande Anse in Deshaies. This structure consists of 3 bungalows and a charming Creole villa, independent This exceptional and fragile natural site has enchanted visitors for more than 30 years. Our wish is to perpetuate the vocation of tourist accommodation of this tropical garden while reducing our footprint on nature as much as possible. The space The Caca Bungalow is a traditional West Indian building in red wood, perfectly ventilated. It can accommodate up to 5 adults. You will have 2 independent bedrooms. One bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm x 200 cm). A second bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). All beds have their own mosquito net. The 2 bedrooms are linked by a semi-outdoor tropical rain shower. 2 separate toilets. The large covered terrace and outdoor kitchen will charm you. The accommodation has a private garden with a barbecue, deckchairs. You will enjoy an experience in the heart of nature. To visit nearby: Deshaies is a fishing village that is a perfect base for visiting Guadeloupe and especially Basse-Terre. Ideal for discovering the natural wealth of Guadeloupe: hiking, waterfalls, snorkeling, diving... Tourist sites worth the short trip are nearby: - Deshaies Botanical Gardens - Maison du Cacao in Pointe Noire - ACTe Memorial in Pointe-à-Pitre - Sainte-Rose Rum Museum We can put you in touch with many professionals for traditional Guadeloupe activities: diving, guide to climb Soufrière, boat trip to visit the Grand Cul de Sac marin or the Cousteau reserve.
