Welcome to our beautiful and centrally located 2 bed 2 bath flat. We've designed this apartment with style, comfort and convenience in mind. Near Fishtown and Northern Liberties. We are just a few blocks from the subway, minutes walking from bars, restaurants, coffee shops, free street parking is available, and a lot of natural light. This is ideal for travelers, extended stays, families, small groups, weekday/weekend warriors. Discounts available! Questions? Ask away, we are here to help :) The space Our space can host up to six people. There is a queen size bed in both bedrooms of the apartment. Additionally, there is a queen sized air mattress with built-in pump that can be situated in the living room for two additional adults to sleep on. Ideal for groups of friends & family looking for the go-to central location. But also perfectly suitable for couples looking for a spacious “home away from home” or a romantic break. Comfortable, calm and convenient. We love to go that extra mile so you feel like you are at home. Entry After entering the building you will walk up one flight of stairs which will lead you to the entrance to our space. We utilize a completely self check-in/check-out process via smart-lock which you will have access to during your stay. Living area Once you enter our space, on your right hand side is the living area which has a comfy couch, and two plush chairs. A 55in tv with multiple streaming networks in mounted for your use and a center table holds a snack tray, reading essentials and an ideal spot for placing your refreshing drinks. Kitchen To the left of the living area you will find our beautifully designed and fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen offers a full stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A full selection of cookware, silverware and plate-ware are available. Whether a you're a seasoned cook or quick serve chef you'll feel right at home with the amenities provided. Laundry room In the laundry room you will find a stacked washer/dryer unit. We have also provided detergent pods, bleach, iron/ironing board, broom/mop and a vacuum cleaner for our guest to use if needed. Master Bedroom Up the hallway and on your left you will enter the master bedroom. This bedroom which is the bigger of the two in the unit and comes with a 10in Serta mattress for your comfort. Clean and crisp bed linens, a dresser and a clothing rack for you use. A mounted television for your late night movie viewing. Ceiling to floor windows allow tons of natural light into the unit. This room is complimented with a private ensuite full bathroom that that is cleaned and sanitized after every stay. Guest Bedroom The second bedroom which is adjacent to the master also comes with a 10in Serta mattress for your comfort. Clean and crisp bed linens, a dresser and walk-in closet. A mounted television for your late night movie viewing. Ceiling to floor windows allow tons of natural light into the unit. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway and offers the same features as the private master bathroom. Air Mattress A queen sized double top air mattress with built-in air pump is available for two addition additional guests comfort. This can be setup in either the master bedroom or living room for additional lodging. Matching bed linens and pillows are also available. Rooftop Terrace The rooftop terrace offers a 360 degree view of the Philadelphia skyline, Benjamin Franklin Bridge and many more scenic views. This is the perfect perch for watching fireworks or star gazing at night. There is plenty of space for small group events, sun bathing, yoga, and exercising. Please note: The elevator is under construction but the rooftop is still accessible by stairs. Rooftop events must be approved by host at booking. The rooftop is a shared space for guests and residents use and can not be booked for private events. Parking There is free street parking in the neighborhood and there are usually ample vacant parking spots. If you seek a more private parking space our building is currently constructing a lower level parking garage which should be competed in a few weeks. Public Transportation Getting around the city is a breeze if you don't have a car or just want to save on gas there are many options to get around. Uber or Lyft will be your most convenient and fastest ways to travel. However, we are conveniently located a short 10 minute walk from both the Broad street (north/south) lines and Market/Frankford (East/West) Lines (AKA EL). There are also multiple bus routes in the immediate area that can take you to your destinations. A rental bike hub is also a short walk away. Without a doubt, this place makes for a true inner city “revival” for those in need of one. We are sure you will enjoy this home as much as we do.
