This 4BD 2BA house is in a quiet part of Kissimmee less than 5 miles south of Disney! The master suite features a king bed, double sinks and walk-in shower. The second room has a queen bed and the last two rooms have two twins each. The eat-in kitchen overlooks the pool, and the separate dining area is equipped with a desk, office chair and computer monitor. The enclosed pool area exits directly onto a park with a walking trail. Shops, entertainment, and restaurants are just a few minutes away. With 1800 square feet of living space, our four-bedroom, two bath house is situated in a peaceful area on the popular Indian Ridge complex. Located in Kissimmee, less than 5 miles south of the Disney World Resort area, the community features a walking trail and children’s playground (right behind the house). The large master bedroom has a king size bed and writing desk with task chair. The en-suite includes his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower, and leads directly to the enclosed pool area. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the two additional bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds each. The kitchen has a west-facing, eat-in area overlooking the pool, where you can watch the sun set while enjoying a homemade dinner. Or, if you prefer a quiet relaxing evening around the pool, there are many restaurants nearby offering home delivery service. The spacious family room has a smart TV with a DVD player and selection of family-friendly movies. The separate dining room is equipped with a desk, office chair and computer monitor with HDMI cable, perfect for the pitiable folks like us who occasionally need a comfortable space to get a few hours of work done while on vacation. The completely enclosed and lighted pool area exits directly onto the walking trail and playground. Supermarkets, entertainment, and restaurants are a few minutes' drive away. Situated within minutes' drive of many wonderful theme parks, this is an ideal home for your next family vacation. Some details about our amenities you might be interested in: General • Central air conditioning--because who wants to visit Florida without it? • Wi-fi of course because those smart TVs get a lot less smart without it. • Washer and dryer; those melted Mickey bars won't wash themselves out of your toddler's pants. • Tile floors throughout. Kitchen • Keurig to fuel up for your theme park marathon days. • Instant Pot, blender and stand mixer in case you're one of those people who is serious about cooking on vacation. • Full suite of stainless-steel Samsung appliances. Pool • Solar heater making it even easier to pretend your kid's pool time is close enough to bath time. • Additional gas heat also available at an extra cost of $30 per day plus tax. Bedrooms • Every bedroom in the house boasts a cushy memory foam mattress, because we firmly believe that your bed shouldn't be so uncomfortable it forces you out of it early on vacation. Bathrooms • Travel sized hair dryer in each bathroom • Freestanding makeup mirror in the master bath vanity Other Stuff • We threw in a few other things we thought some folks might find useful, including: • Graco pack and play with bassinet • Portable mini crib • Change table • Graco stroller • High chair • An assortment of child-sized flotation devices • Toys, games and puzzles • And a partridge in a pear tree (not really) The less fun but necessary stuff: No pets, please; while we love a good boy at least much as the next person, our family has some pretty serious allergies to contend with. RVs may not be parked in the neighborhood. The driveway can comfortably fit two vehicles, and no vehicles may be parked on the street. Check in is at 4:00 pm, check out at 10:00 am. Please note that as a rule, we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out, as our cleaning and maintenance team does typically require all available time to ready the house between guests. Please request additional gas pool heat prior to check in day as turning on this functionality must be scheduled.
