Stay in a private upstairs bedroom/ bath combo near Mexia, Texas. The room and bathroom are all on the 2nd floor. Access to the Kitchen and Laundry is on the 1st floor. You are free to use the kitchen including but not limited to dishes, microwave, fridge, and oven. Laundry use is also free. This tends to be beneficial for any situation where one needs a short term stay in the area. I offer HUGE discounts for monthly stays (80%+ off) and will accommodate up to 6 months at a time. The space This private bedroom/bathroom is great for those on business trips. An alternative to hotel room that is sure to save you plenty of money. The space you get is just as spacious as an Hotel room, if not more so. Plus, you have free access to kitchen area and laundry room. The town is quite and peaceful. There is a grill on the back deck that you are free to use as well. Guest access Private bedroom upstairs featuring a full size memory foam bed, daybed, 50 inch Roku tv with entertainment options, and desk/work area. Private bathroom is located next to the bedroom, which are both upstairs to give you privacy. You also have access to the kitchen/ dining area and laundry room. During your stay Please message for any questions or concerns you might have. I stay on the bottom floor but do my best to give my guests the privacy they deserve. You may also be invited to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner as I love to share if I'm cooking. There is not a guarantee for any meals being provided but is done occasionally as a courtesy. Other things to note This area is quite and "off the beating path". We are located 40 miles from Waco, 25 miles from Corsicana, 14 miles from Groesbeck, 35 miles from Fairfield, and 7 miles from Mexia.
