The modern holiday apartment with 152 m² in a city location stretched over two floors offers space for up to 9 guests (8 people + toddlers up to 2 years) for overnight stays without extra bed and, if desired, also for a longer period. Your hosts Mike & Susanne Reschke The space In the lower apartment area on 80 m² next to the spacious entrance area with many fitted wardrobes for the daytime wardrobe there are two individually lockable spacious bedrooms with one TV each available. A combined living/sleeping room in the open living concept (studio) with desk, sitting area and play corner complements the relaxation or private areas. A very spacious bathroom area with two sinks, a bathtub designed for two guests and an additional shower with large wall heating, which provides warm towels, should also offer our guests a pleasant atmosphere. The upper air-conditioned apartment area invites you to linger on 72 sqm as a large open and bright living area with the separate dining, relaxation and seating areas including a beautiful farm fireplace, TV with internet connection or rocking chair for reading the books of our small library. The kitchen, which is open plan to the living area, completely discreetly complements the ambience. Our guests like to enjoy the view of the city and the surrounding area in the dining area. We also took care of secured parking options. Your vehicle as well as bicycles can be parked or parked directly on the private parking lot in the property. From the operator side, in addition to the standard equipment, you will be provided with the following furnishing accessories or services, among other things: - Good kitchen basics with the usual household utensils, dishes, cutlery, pots incl.
