This house has recently undergone an upgrade so has brand new kitchen appliances as well as a washer dryer. The floors are hardwood throughout. The house is served by a private drive in garage which can hold up to 4 cars parked behind each other. As described this is the most central location Atlanta has to offer one block away from Piedmont Park, cafes restaurants shopping and quaintly supermarkets such as Trader Joes and Whole Foods. You are within walking distance of the 'Fox Theatre' very short distance from Down town Atlanta and all the attractions that Atlanta has to offer.
