The space Our modern cabin has one room, and is a stand alone studio in the trendy part of NE Portland. You will have your own private kitchen and bathroom with a full tub and shower. There is also one comfortable, new queen size bed and one full fold out couch. This apartment is bright and clean with three skylights, stained cement floor, french doors, and a stereo. Free WiFi There is alley access with a private entrance. The french doors open out to a courtyard studio with seating for ten. The home is very private and quiet yet extremely close to all that Portland has to offer. It is a garage-conversion to a stand alone cabin. 36 inch flat screen TV with Xfinity/Comcast and Netflix. This home is near Alberta Arts (7 blocks), Kennedy School (4 blocks), and Concordia University! In addition, it's a great area to bike around. In terms of public transportation, we're very close to two different bus lines (27 and 33). There's a sandy beach at the Columbia river which is about 1.25 miles away. There are 3 yards you may use. The first is the courtyard that the studio opens out to, with tables and chairs. The second is the backyard, with a big tree swing for kids or adults.
