Guest access Guests will have access to the stunning 360 degree panoramic rooftop terrace located on the 16th floor of the Juliet building featuring 2 BBQs, patio furniture, chaises, binoculars, a Zen garden, full kitchen and a bathroom. Guest will also have access to the main lobby, suite accommodation, garbage and recycling room and to the double gated secured underground parking; some accommodations may be eligible to have access to the secured bike room. Please use emergency staircase only in event of emergencies, except the one for the rooftop. Other things to note Reservations for 27 days and longer are tax exempt and require one cleaning per month. Cleaning fees still include GST (5%) for these long term rentals.
