Description
We are Black + LGBTQ owned and operated. This cozy cottage sits on a small farm and pottery studio, surrounded by country views and garden beds. High ceilings expand the space giving it an open feel, with natural wood accents, a tiled shower, and artistic touches. A small deck off the back offers excellent bird watching opportunities, so take advantage of the guidebooks and binoculars provided! We have two dogs, lots of chickens, and a herd of mini goats on the property who are all very sweet. The space We live right next door just in case you need anything during your stay, but the Potters House is very private and has its own entrance. Guest access Guests will have access to the Potters House, the hot tub, and the garden areas. We have berries and fruit trees and lots of good stuff during the growing season. Other things to note We do not have WiFi. AT&T and Verizon have ok service here, but we haven't found a good internet provider where we are, so we encourage guests to enjoy nature and peace and quiet. There are board games in the house, and all the utensils needed to cook and enjoy meals. Download your favorite music and bring your bluetooth speaker and chill. This space is perfect for meditation, creative processes such as writing, painting, or crafting, and intentionally retreating from modern media.
