Accessible only by boat or by our private hourly ferry (included). We have a freshwater pool (also included) right on the island. The space Truly a place to unwind, read books, walk the beach and fish off our private dock and beach. The unit has bamboo hardwood throughout and an East view of the bay to watch the morning sunrise on our and screened in lanai. High speed Unlimited WIFI also included. With a waterfront view, you have a clear view of the ferry landing and dock. It’s a true secluded retreat on SW Florida's Gulf Coast. On this private barrier island, there are no bars, nightclubs, no stores or restaurants. It is very quiet and naturally untouched. Wildlife is abundant and sea turtles nest here. Our villa style-condo is up on 20 ft stilts, is very clean, has all the appliances and equipment you need to cook your meals. Grab your groceries at the local Publix a half a mile down the road (from our mainland entrance), jump on our private Ferry and enjoy the peaceful serenity Little Gasparilla Island has to offer. Compared to other island properties, you have access to our private pool, free garbage collection, free and secure car parking and an hourly ferry service to and from the island; all included. Further because of our unit position, facing the inter-coastal waterway, we pick up a broadband signal across the bay for high speed unlimited internet access. We have digital streaming TV with HULU and YOUTUBE! Guest access Park your car in our gated and guarded parking lot (included). Fish from our dock which has an underwater night light. Park your boat (nominal fee applies) or take our free hourly ferry. Enjoy the heated freshwater pool and walk the pristine 7 miles of private barrier island beach! Other things to note Linens, towels, beach towels, dishwasher, microwave, DVD player, digital TV a bluetooth speaker. Access to the loft bedroom is by a fixed ladder.
