The space Welcome to our modern, clean, and cozy studio—the perfect spot for a special night, a relaxing getaway after exploring South Florida, or a comfortable base for work or study in the area. Unwind in the hot tub with your favorite drink, or enjoy the comfort of a king-size bed, a spacious shower with double sinks, and a walk-in closet. Not in the mood to cook? No problem! But if you are, the kitchenette includes a mini sink, stovetop, mini freezer, and microwave—perfect for light meals. Plus, enjoy free coffee on us! When it’s time to relax, settle in with the smart TV, offering basic networks, plus access to your Netflix or Prime accounts. Bringing extra guests? The convertible sofa is ideal for kids or friends who need their own space. Stay cool with your own AC unit and remote, letting you choose the perfect temperature. Step outside to the large shared backyard and pool area, great for enjoying the Florida sun or relaxing with your pet. We even provide beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for your beach adventures. Forgot something? No worries—we’ve got a hair dryer, essentials, and a first-aid kit ready for you. Need to look sharp? Use the iron and board for a wrinkle-free appearance. Parking is free for up to 2 cars. If you’re bringing a boat or larger vehicle, just let us know, and we’ll help arrange a spot. Enjoy the spa and heated pool, available seasonally for a small fee. The hot spa is complimentary and heats to 100°F on demand. Pool heating is available for $50/night with 48-hour notice and is set to 90°F. Please note: the backyard and pool area are shared with the attached house, and other guests may be present during your stay. Please note, the studio is attached to a main house, so you may encounter other guests during your stay. Other things to note By booking this space, you confirm that you have read and agree to the rules and charges outlined below. Please ensure that all guests are aware of these terms. Guest Honesty: Please be truthful about the number of guests. A $25 surcharge will apply for any unlisted guests, and additional guests without prior notice. No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval. No Parties: Absolutely no parties allowed. This includes DJs, bachelor parties, prom events, or any large gatherings. If a party or event is hosted without written permission, you will immediately forfeit your stay without a refund and a $500 fine will be charged to your credit card. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any signs of smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated trash can. Respect Neighbors: Please be considerate of neighbors. Do not park in front of their homes—only use the driveway and avoid blocking the driveway entrance. Noise Policy: A strict noise policy is in place: Daytime: 60 dBA between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Nighttime: 55 dBA between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please respect these limits to ensure a peaceful environment. Pets: Non-aggressive breed pets are welcome for an additional fee. Service animals are also welcome with a letter from a veterinarian or doctor. Guests and Children: Please disclose all persons staying at the property, including children and infants. Infants (0-2) stay for free; children (2-12) are charged the same as adults. Cameras: There are external cameras at the main door, front, and backyard. No cameras are located inside the property. ID Verification: All guests making a reservation are required to provide a valid ID prior to check-in. Please also provide necessary access information. Please note additional fees applies in the following cases: * Extra guest or visitor $10 / guest per day including children * Pet Fee $ 50 / stay / pet * Heated Fee $ 50 / Day, charged for the total numbers of staying nights. * Boat tow $ 25 per stay * Event fee: No events allowed unless the house next door is booked together.
