Condo 9-2 The space -This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.   - 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area  - Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant Stunningly beautiful El Dorado Ranch San Felipe holiday condo with in-house WiFi for short and long term rental.  This two bedroom condo is located next to one of three swimming pools you will have access to. Rental is fully furnished.  We provide clean linens and towels. The home features two levels with a master bedroom suite on each floor.   The ground floor master bedroom has a king size bed plus bathroom with shower, while the second floor bathroom is a full bathroom with shower and bonus tub. The queen beds, one in each room, sleep 6 guests.  Free high speed internet is standard in this unit - so bring your iPads, laptop or other internet ready devices and share your memorable San Felipe experiences with friends back home. The kitchen has all the utensils for preparing meals - note that guest provide their own seasoning.  If you forget to bring this, no problem, simply head in to town and shop at one of numerous grocery stores along Chetumal boulevard. Secured parking is available for guests courtesy of the attached two car garage. The resort office issues pool passes between 8AM - 5PM daily. If you plan to use the swimming pool on your arrival date, please arrive by 4:30PM.  After the resort office issuing pool passes closes, you will need to wait until the following morning to get your pool pass and use the pool. A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ASK IF NOT CLEAR Maximum occupancy 6 guests. This rental comes with 4 pool passes only! If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool. Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
