The bedroom is tucked away on the South end of the building and equipped with a king bed, comfortable linens, a working space and a BluRay player for watching DVDs on the flat screen TV. The living room offers a comfortable setting with a pull out couch for two additional guests and cable TV. Views of the top floor courtyard are visible from the living room and kitchen. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers, a set of lush towels for each guest, body and hair care products, and a hair dryer. Each kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. Other amenities included in each unit are free WiFi, pool towels for each guest, generous closet space, hangers and one luggage rack. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities within the unit as well as free parking, beach cruisers, mini putt-putt, grill, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, laundry facilities, and elevator. Complimentary beach-cruisers are popular for touring the gently winding streets in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood. The quiet and relaxing pool is complemented by lush palm trees, sounds from the water fountain, and beautiful views of the mountains. There is a stainless steel grill, Jacuzzi and large swimming pool. The pool stays heated to 85 degrees in the winter and offers a refreshing break from the heat in the summer. Other things to note There is a one-time set up with the essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Housekeeping is not available, and extra linens, towels and supplies are not available beyond what is already provided. There is an early arrival fee of $35.
