Just walk out the front door and you are steps away from everything Dickson has to offer including bars, restaurants, and the Walton Arts center. Located on the 4th floor of the Dickson Building, a premier high-rise development just one block from the University and within walking distance of Razorback football games. The space Guests will enjoy private access to the full studio condominium including a reserved parking spot in the covered deck behind the building, access to high speed Wi-fi, a smart TV equipped with Netflix and HBO for any down time, and an easy to use Keurig coffee machine stocked with coffee and tea! The inside Inside has a modern “urban” design, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and a fully stocked kitchen. Double glass doors lead to a 4th story balcony that is front and center of the building, and directly over Dickson street. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed to one side of the studio and a leather couch that easily folds into a twin bed on the other. There is a couch in the living room area that can sleep a fifth if you don’t mind being a little crammed. Extra linens and pillows will be provided in the closet. Guest access Guests will have access to everything the condo has to offer, with the exception of one of the storage closets. This includes a queen bed, a leather couch that easily converts to a twin sized bed, cozy living room with a couch and fireplace, spacious storage closet, a granite top bar, utility room equipped with washer and dryer, full sized kitchen with dishwasher/stove/oven/refrigerator/microwave/basic cooking utensils, and a small workspace with a desk.
