A place to be together with your group, for mindfulness and relaxation. For fun and togetherness. A 2,500 sq ft Jedi Temple-themed open-plan team space. An open plan setting. An 11 minute walk to Busch Stadium! If you've been here before, please visit us at STLMINDFUL to possibly obtain a discount. Reassuringly expensive, but before you choose "that other cheaper place", you may want to see our reviews. PLEASE NOTE: THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR PARTYING. The space See our other spaces at STLMINDFUL if you're wondering about discounts and the such. Please note that the building has a Loud Noise Ordnance of 11pm every night of the week. If you plan to be noisy, this may not be the place for you. 10 full beds (on 5 bunks) plus 2 queen sofa-sleepers in the open-plan common area. 2 full beds (on 1 bunk) in the Jedi Master Room. If you'd like to book both the The Jedi Temple AND Hogwarts Dorms nextdoor, then you do have to book them separately. There is an interconnecting door between the two spaces, which is only unlocked if you book both spaces. Unlike Hogwarts Dorm which has separate bedrooms, The Jedi Temple is an open plan space with one small bedroom dedicated to the coach/teacher/Jedi-Master(s). Book with the confidence that your stay will be even better than a hotel, both in terms of price and quality. Your large group will thank you for finding this listing. If we're more expensive than the other places you're looking at, it's simply because we're better. We know what we're doing and we know how to look after our guests, as our reviews show. We are acutely aware that too many hosts are not familiar with the concept of 'guest service'. We are proud to report that we have many return groups for all our various listings. We're always looking for ways to improve, so we need your feedback. If you're new to Airbnb, this booking will make you a fan. Rest assured that we will make your stay as comfortable as we would want it if we were the guests! The space is designed with a 'Jedi Temple' theme, complete with all associated Force, Jedi and Sith lore! It is designed for all ages. If it's a group of kids, we do require at least one adult staying as well (often a coach or teacher), aged 21 or over. We do not (and legally cannot) supply alcohol but you can certainly bring your own if you're a group of 21+ people - just don't let it get out of hand please! There is a grocery store on the very same block (Schnucks) in order for you to stock the dry bar and the refrigerator! 'The Jedi Temple' is designed for folks who want to live in a dorm-like adult sleepover 'camp', while living out their fascination with the Star Wars Universe. It's ideal for a group of friends who'd rather not spend $200/night each on a cramped hotel room, and who'd rather hang out together in one fun space, rather than have to always go out to expensive restaurants and bars. There is a wet-bar area in the entertainment room as well as an open kitchen, and you can stock both by going to the grocery store (Schnucks) across the street (literally 50 yards away). This is a spacious place with many things to do including: • LED Smart TV with Roku • Pool table • High Speed Internet • Refrigerator with front water and ice-dispenser • Microwave • Regular range with oven • Coffeepot, Toaster There is an adjacent space/team-house on the same floor, known as The Jedi Temple, that can be booked separately. Pop over to the Schnucks grocery store (on the same block as The Jedi Temple) and make yourself a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen. We have space for up to 28 people if each mattress and sofa-sleeper is occupied by 2 people. One large open space plus one Jedi Master room. Open main space contains 5 full-over-full bunk beds (each one sleeps up to 4). Jedi Master (i.e. coach/teacher/leader) quarters also has 1 more full-over-full bunk bed. Main area also has 2 sofa-sleepers (i.e. sleeps 4 more). Let us know in advance if you need a Pack'N'Play for a small child, and we'll make it happen. The Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. It is also great for hanging out with friends while practicing social distancing and being safe for one another. Always remember to be safe. Negatives from previous guests: There are only 2 full bathrooms, so this can be a challenge if you have a lot of people in your group. PLEASE NOTE: THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR PARTYING. THESE SPACES ARE NOT FOR LOUD PARTIES. A $1,000 LOUD NOISE ORDNANCE WILL BE IMPOSED IF IT'S NOISY OR THERE ARE COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS AFTER 11PM. WE ARE REGULARLY VISITED (ESPECIALLY ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY LATE NIGHTS) BY THE LOCAL POLICE, SO WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE NEVER SEEN AS 'PROBLEM PROPERTY'. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE SURE OF THIS. THANK YOU. Guest access The Jedi Temple is a carefully crafted space for gathering and mindfulness in The Downtown Health & Wellness building, as part of STLMINDFUL. You can do your own thing and we'll leave you alone, or you can use our additional services, such as massage, yoga, group meditation and acupuncture - just ask about them once your booking is confirmed and we'll send you a link with details, pricing and so on. No hard sell. Only book services if you want them. Key-cards to access the building's front doors after-hours, will be found upon entry to the space, to distribute among your group. All access instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival, containing all you need to know, so please do review it and we do recommend you print if off and bring it with you. Guests have 24/7 access to the entire Jedi Temple, but you’ll have to get access on the first day via the 24/7 Urgent Care Front Desk (street level) if it’s after 7pm on a weekday, or after 5pm on a Saturday or Sunday. They’ll let you into the Residences side of the building, but then you have to follow the access webpage instructions (which are sent to you the day before your arrival). You may wish to also know that there's no gas supply used in the building - it's all electric. We highly recommend that you read all the reviews from previous groups of guests before you book, but please do contact us if you have any questions about anything. Our goal is to make your visit so spectacular that you'll never think of staying in a hotel again. Other things to note Please note: this space is intended for accommodation of guests. It is NOT an event space and it is not designed for parties. It is for staying and sleeping in. We will ensure that you have sufficient towels, sheets, toilet paper and soap for the number of people you've stated will be in your party. It is also great for hanging out with friends while practicing social distancing and being safe for one another. Always remember to be safe. You can certainly park at the meters on the street, which are free after 7pm (until 8am the next day) and all day Sunday as well as on holidays. You can also park in one of the nearby surface parking lots or garages. There is actually an open surface lot to the rear of the building, which is even more convenient, and many of our guests use that too. To clarify, please note that booking The Jedi Temple, does NOT include any kind of parking whatsoever. THE NOISE ORDNANCE FOR THE BUILDING IS 11PM. IF THIS ORDNANCE IS BREACHED THERE WILL BE A $1,000 FINE.
