This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental is on the 1st floor and located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Unit 1805 is in the Seashore Villas section of the popular gated community of Ocean Keyes. Unit 1805 is comfortably furnished and sleeps 10. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom with a TV and a private master bath. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a TV, and access to the bathroom from the bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free WIFI, and a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom. The property amenities at Ocean Keyes include tennis courts, fitness room, six pools, hot tubs, game room with a pool table, and charcoal grilling picnic areas. This is a non-smoking unit. Pets and motorcycles are not allowed on the property by guests. This is a family oriented property. No students or student groups please. Must be 25 years of age to rent. There is free parking with 2 parking passes allowed. GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITH THIS RENTAL. This conveniently located rental is close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife on Main Street. Ocean Keyes is right around the corner from the popular Ocean Drive where you can go to a favorite night spot or have a meal at a local restaurant. A new venue, Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre, is located on Main Street, right beside Main Street Shops. A favorite of tourists, Barefoot Landing, is a short drive away. The Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and popular restaurants and unique shops are all located at Barefoot Landing. Carolina Opry and Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage are entertainment spots where you can either listen to some good ole country music and more, or dine while watching one of the most entertaining shows on the Grand Strand at Pirates Voyage. Ahoy mate! Pirates Voyage is a must to see! Broadway at the Beach is another popular area for more shops, dining, and attractions for all ages! Departure clean and linens (sheets, bath towels, and washcloths) are included in the total of this rental. Free parking. WIFI GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITH THIS RENTAL. Check-In: Your check-in location is at 218 Main Street, North Myrtle Beach, SC. Check in is 4pm through 6pm. (June through August). Please do not go to the property before checking in with our office. Keep in mind that it is difficult for us to prepare every property between 10am and 4pm. Upon completion of housekeeping services and inspection, your rental will be released to you SOMETIME between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. A TEXT will be made to your cell phone number on file to inform you that you can proceed to the pick-up location to get your packet with keys, parking passes, pool bands, and all information necessary for your vacation stay. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR RENTAL WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 4:00 PM. There is never a promise of early check-in; guaranteed check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After you have checked in and arrived at your rental, if you should discover that your unit has not been cleaned or has damages, please report it to our office right away. All efforts to resolve the problem will be made immediately. Please do not wait until check-out to inform us of any problems that may have existed. Our staff has the right to enter a property for repairs and inspections (if necessary) when a service call is made. If a renter refuses entry after a service call is made, the renter may be held responsible for service call fees. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 am. There are no exceptions.
