My apartment is located close to the Heart of Naples, 5th Avenue and Naples beaches, only 5-10 min drive. It is comfortable, cozy, very clean 2BD/2BTH on the 2nd floor with designated parking spot. It is renovated, fully furnished and kitchen fully equipped. It comes with bedding, cotton linen & towels for your comfort. En-suite laundry. Screened balcony. The large outdoor pool is a pure pleasure for young and old alike. It is convenient for single travelers, couples or family's vacation The space On Davis Boulevard is located "Publix" for food supply. It is at walking distance, actually good walk through Winter Park. Another one on South is "Wall-Mart" and many other stores for food and clothing. Guest access Apartment is all yours except small storage space behind the laundry area. You will get the key for access to the swimming pool/ tennis courts and one more for mailbox. Other things to note Please be aware that you have to take your own garbage to the garbage disposal place. Recycling is also available. Please be aware to leave the condo by 11 am, unless specifically informed differently. Other guests might come in the afternoon and certain amount of time is required for proper cleaning. Please note that Collier County occupancy (tourist) tax of 5% will be required in addition. Airbnb will take automatically 7% occupancy tax for state of Florida, and you will see it on your bill. Total occupancy tax in Naples is 12%. $200 for cleaning actually covers cleaning and application fee to condominium management.
