Patty's Place! A quiet country retreat at mile marker 174 off the Blue Ridge Parkway. A literal stones throw from the Parkway! Situated exactly 2 miles from Mabry's Mill, 3 m to Chateau Morrisette, 4 m from Meadows of Dan, 5 m from Rocky Knob, and 15 scenic m from the town of Floyd, you can get away from it all, enjoy the Parkway's prettiest views, hike, explore the quaint & musical town of Floyd, and stay in a comfortable environment... just like Grandma's! The space We want you to be comfortable! So we bought amazing pillows of every kind, provide a lot of different blanket options, outfitted the kitchen with all the necessities. We have also an indoor hot tub, pool table, foosball and other fun games. You can also enjoy a 65" 4k Roku tv, 40 inch Roku tv and two 32 inch Roku tvs, all with access to Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video. Guest access You have access to the entire house, property, and pond. This includes an indoor hot tub, pool table, basement game room and laundry room. Other things to note We may allow more than 6 guests in certain circumstances. Please send us a message if interested. Pet policy: Some dogs are allowed. If you plan to bring a dog, please notify us before making your reservation and we will quickly confirm that it is ok. Please keep dogs off furniture and they must be crated if left in the house alone. ALL OTHER ANIMALS WILL BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, including potty accidents. Events and Parties: We are fine with most events or parties but please clear the event with us before hosting it. Please be aware that the house has a closed floor plan and is not suitable for large gatherings.
