Our home features a large main house with 3 bedrooms (each with its own full bath), spacious living room, dining room, custom kitchen, a large screened porch, and heated saltwater pool. The property also includes a separate studio/4th bedroom with a powder room and outdoor shower area! This home was designed as a place to unwind, but also entertain while still being close to all that the Rehoboth Beach area has to offer. Our pool is a salt water, heated, and there is an outdoor shower. Directly off the dining room you will find a large screened porch with sitting area and table for outside dining. Heated Salt Water Pool: Pool Opens April 1st, 2022 Pool Closes October 30th, 2022 ** NOTE - The Studio is a separate building on the property and only has a powder room. Occupants in this space will need to use the outdoor shower or one of the showers in the main house ** ** Pool is cleaned on Tuesdays and on Thursdays ** ** NEW!!!
