Enjoy the bright and spacious living area offering guests a stylish yet comfortable space complete with flat screen TV, mountain modern style furnishings, gas fireplace, and large picture window will full views of the slopes. If you happen to stay here on New Years Eve or July 4th, the fireworks can be viewed on full display right from your living room couch, or off the back balcony. Both bedrooms have sleeper lofts with unique touches that maximize space and create additional sleeping areas beyond your typical two bedroom condo. The master bedroom features a king bed downstairs and additional bed in the loft, via the custom made sliding library ladder. The second bedroom has a king bed with open staircase to the loft with two twin beds. A playful climbing rope serves as the stairs / loft safety rail. The fun doesn't stop there. Both lofts have hideaway doors that allow adventure-seekers to climb out onto a modern net that allows you to "hammock in the hallway." Pop in during your busy day on the hill for a quick break at the condo - it's easy access to the lift! After a fun filled day of Snowmass activities enjoy a relaxing evening taking in the spectacular views and barbecuing from your private balcony out front, or sip a cocktail and take in the sunset from the private balcony out back. Conveniently located about a mile from the Snowmass base village and with a shuttle stop just down in the parking lot! Two parking spaces are available for you. **This condo is a 3rd floor condo, and easy access to the ski hill makes for a longer walk from the parking lot. Be ready for that. We think the views make it worth it! Guest access You will have full access to the condo with all of your basic needs covered. This condo is on the top / third floor with only stair access. The parking lot is downhill from the condo and there are a couple levels of additional stairs to get to the condo building from the parking lot. Some additional beds are up one last set of stairs in small lofts above the bathrooms for maximized space. The grocery store (Clark's), Post Office, pizza, liquor store and more are a short walk uphill from the condo. The Viceroy hotel is just across the bridge with accessible amenities and base village is a 15 min walk (or accessible by a free shuttle). Free buses take you to all other Aspen ski mountains.
