Gorgeous red birch floors, flat panel smart TV, gas fireplace/stove, desk area & balcony area highlight the living area. Guest access Full access to loft and property grounds--including shared hot tub, rocky Maine beach, grassy lawn, fire pit, parking, etc... Other things to note Hot tub, main deck, Yard and beach may be shared when the boathouse is rented at the same time.
