Oceanview House with Partial Waterview

Hi welcome to our house. Large deck and partial bay views. Kayak at the beautiful pier and beachy cove a short walk ( two blocks) from house ( no swimming). Smithpoint beach fire island is 6 miles away. Please enquire about kayaks before booking if interested. We have also added a small gas fire pit for fall rentals , we don’t manage propane refills tho please check the tank on arrival. The space Beautiful 3 bedrm with additional curtained off bedrm area (see photos of bedrm 4) & a laundry room with futon mattress (bedrm 5). House is not on Fire Island. :) We sometimes accept small dogs, message us with dog breed, weight and age! The entire house is yours except the owners closets. We also use the top shelf of the freezer as an owners shelf. Spacious house with large wrap around deck and BBQ. Please note there is a non operational fire place, it is just a cosmetic feature. Partial bay views from the upper deck. Close to Smith point beach on Fire Island beach (7 miles). Very small cove area called Osprey Park two blocks from the house for fishing, paddling and crabbing with beautiful pier . Sign at the park says swimming is not allowed possibly due to no lifeguard. See photos. West Hampton beach is about a 30 min drive and the house is about 1.5 hours drive/train to Montauk. Great ice cream store called the Ice Cream Cottage nearby. Nice golf courses nearby. Tanger outlet mall is about 30 mins away. Splish splash water park is about 30 minutes away. Martha Clara vineyard is about 35 mins away. Manhattan is about an hour and 20 minutes drive or 1 hour 40 mins on the train from Mastic Shirley Stn.mastic shirley train station is about 2.5 miles away.
