MiddleFork Modern is located on Greers Ferry Lake and overlooks Middlefork, which is on the north side of the lake near The Narrows. Our lake house sits on a 200 foot bluff and is only a short drive to Devils Fork that has a boat launch and dedicated swimming beach. MiddleFork Modern is a LEED certified, modern, 2-bedroom home that sleeps 5 guests. There is 1-king bed and 1-bunkbed (twin XL over queen mattress.) Please Note: We DO NOT have room for boat parking. Guest has access to: -Outdoor Gas Grill -Hammock -Outdoor Shower -Deck -Washer/Dryer -Hair Dryer -Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash -Waffle Maker -Keurig Coffee Maker This is a SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE environment. There will be a $500 fee added to your visit if guests bring pets or smoke in the house.
