Our great Mission Beach condo is now available for the Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring. It is a two-master suite. It sleeps 4 in beds(king & 2 twins) plus a queen sofa-bed & 2 futons. Each bedroom has a full bath. It is only steps to the Bay and just a few houses from the Ocean. It has a private balcony for enjoying the peaceful bay. A shared roof-top deck has a panoramic view of the bay and ocean. Laundry machines are in our private 2-car garage along with beach chairs & toys. The space We actually can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children sleeping on futons. Our bonus is our private two-car garage to house your car and enjoy the security of your car inside. There is lots of space for accommodating our beach toys and yours. The condo has a very open feeling with windows on all sides. It is a great vacation spot being right at Mission Beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance. A convenience store is located on the same block. A pedestrian crosswalk is right on our block for safe access to the beach. it is owned and managed by local family. Guest access Guests will have access to the roof-top deck with great views of Mission Bay. There is a table and chairs to enjoy. It is always great to relax on our own private balcony. Our favorite spot. There is also common grassy area on the bottom floor. Other things to note There are all of the beach activities you could want within walking distance of the condo. Stand-up paddle boards, scooters and bikes are great fun for all ages and are very popular. They can be rented at several close locations.
