Access to scenic drive or hike The space A great large Guest Studio with modern furniture, carpet, ceiling beans and window with shutters. Kitchenette with under-counter fridge, and ceramic electric stove. Sofa bed for 2 peoples and extra air bed mattress for additional accomodation . Really nice Wall Electric Fireplace with lighting for enjoyment and extra. Closet and plenty of storage, tile shower/bathroom with window. Heating and air conditioning. Fresh towels, duvet and cover is provided, nice artwork and modern decoration. TV with DirecTV, Cable and Wifi. Guest access The Guest Studio is accessible by street level through the private parking garage. Access is very private and secure. Keys and Access Code will be provide upon arrival. Hosts live in the main House upstairs, and are available if you have any questions or any need. Other things to note Hosts leave upstairs and will make sure to cover noise as much possible. There is a little Pug leaving with the hosts, that sometimes run a little to much to play with his toy, but beside that he is very quiet. Registration details HSR19-002401
