The Cozy Loft in Paradise

The Cozy Loft is a two-story newly furnished townhome on the western side of the island within a 3-5min drive to the beach & 10 mins away from the airport. We are a 5 min drive from the Bahamar Resort & Casino, Royal Blue Golf Course, Saunders Beach & Goodman's Bay Beach, and only a 10 min drive to Arawak Cay, Junkanoo Beach & Downtown shopping. Located in a suburban neighborhood; the area is quiet and secure with cameras and lights surrounding the property. A home away from home in Paradise! The space The space is extremely comfortable and newly furnished with an open layout, to be enjoyed by families, singles, and business persons. It is air-conditioned throughout the entire unit equipped with its own kitchen space, living room, bathroom, Netflix TV, & Wi-Fi! Kitchen space includes stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The entrance to the two-story unit is pictured to the left and it has its own private space and entrance, so interaction with the host is completely up to you. A rental car is recommended, but taxi information is available upon request. ***Hot Water is Available & the AC Unit has been serviced and is working**** We do request that the AC Unit is not turned below 73 degrees to avoid issues wth the central ac system. Guest access Full access to the first unit, pictured to the left, and outdoor space is available to our guest as well. There’s also free parking and access to an outdoor basketball court. We do not accommodate additional guests, events, or bridal parties. Other things to note RENT A CAR! Taxis are extremely expensive and it is easier to rent a car to get around the island
