This beautiful second home was built in 2010. It was designed by the famous architect David Dooling, who was a student of Frank Loyd Wright. This home is modern and has all the modern amenities. A separate Spa with a live Steam room and a Jacuzzi. All tiled floor and high ceilings make this a bright and cheery home. It evokes a sense of living in and with nature inside the safety of your home. The location is high desert with desert vegetation and wild life. A great place to relax! The space This home is constructed such that there is an experience of nature both inside and outside. It soothes nerves frayed in urban areas with natural elements. In that sense it is non urban space therefore one will have a non urban vacation experience. The nearest small city is Payson (32 miles away), with a population of 20,000. Major metropolitan areas, Maricopa county, Phoenix and Scottsdale are 75 miles away. Hiking, bicycling, motorcycling, four wheeling, horseback riding are popular area activities. The Roosevelt Lake and it's Marina is within driving distance where you can do boating, water sports, and fishing. If you are an avid bass fisherman this is the place for you. Guest access Guest will be able to access the main house and the SPA. The laundry is in the garage. Other things to note Nearest 24 hour medical facility is available 32 miles away in Payson. This is high desert in Arizona at it's finest. If you are addicted to urban action 24x7, this is not the place for you. Excellent place for introversion, relaxation and natural sports such as fishing, hiking, etc. There is no cable connection. You tube is accessible and works well here. Wi-Fi is reliable and has speed of 30 mbps. Please note-two weeks minimum booking.
