The house is located in an ideal neighborhood which is a nice 10 minute walk to the beach, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle/congestion of the immediate beach area. The sands of Ocean Beach (OB) are a pleasant 10 minute walk from your front door. At Ocean Beach you can enjoy an eclectic group of people, shops, restaurants, bars, antique stores, or just sit back and watch the surfers catch waves at the OB pier. Stroll down to Sunset Cliffs and enjoy enchanting views where you might even be lucky enough to see passing Whales! Families can enjoy our close proximity to Sea World, which is only a 10 minute drive. If you want to catch some of the San Diego nightlife, the Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego features hundreds of dining and entertainment options. The Gaslamp district is a 15 minute drive from Ocean Beach. The house has one off-street parking space. If you are looking for activities on your vacation, Ocean Beach is Conveniently located within 15 minutes of major attractions including the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Museums, Old Town, Sea World, Kayaking, Petco Park, La Jolla Cove, hiking, surfing,golfing, boating and miles of sandy beaches. Note, we have a very strict no party policy policy with quiet hours from 9:00PM to 7:00 AM. No amplified music is allowed. Guest access The house is on lockbox, instructions will be emailed prior to arrival Other things to note We are pet friendly (dogs only), but all dogs must be pre-approved prior to arrival and treated for fleas. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Certain breed restrictions apply. The San Diego airport is conveniently located 4.5 miles away, there is some daytime airplane noise but a noise ordinance restricts airplanes from taking off between 10:30pm - 6:30am Note, we have a very strict no party policy policy with quiet hours from 9:00PM to 7:00 AM. No amplified music is allowed. Guests will be evicted and no refunds will be issued if the no party rule is broken. Additionally, guests will be charged $10,000 if they break the no party policy.
