Cozy Townhouse with yard & parking

Don't be "close to" anything, be in the MIDDLE of everything you need to see and do in Toronto. We built our modern townhome in our favourite neighbourhood and we have an extra apartment and two parking spots waiting for you! The space No sneaking around condo doormen here, no elevators and no high rises! Your private front door opens up to more restaurants you could ever enjoy and more stuff you'll be able to do and see! The space a recently build two level townhouse with stainless steel appliances. There is a Keureg for coffee in the morning (but you are STEPS from Starbucks, Tim Hortons or Darkhorse espresso!) There is a full queen bed in the bedroom and then two comfortable sofa beds in the living room and den. There is a GREAT backyard space with a patio which is glorious in the summer! Although we are right in the heart of the city, on a nice summer night you'd swear you were in Cottage country. We live right next door and try to check guests in personally to make sure you have your bearings. Come enjoy the best Toronto has to offer! Guest access Door has a lockbox and key access but we live right next door so most likely we'll be there to make sure you get in OK. There are 24 hour infra-red security cameras on all public areas and parking pad Other things to note We have two outdoor parking spaces available year round.
