Classic Sea Ranch ("Mendonoma" Coast) home with desirable west-side location and fabulous ocean views over a wide meadow. With a south facing orientation, protected from the wind, our deck enjoys maximum sunlight and expansive views. The large picture windows and redwood deck are perfect for watching whales and sunsets. Walking distance to Black Point Beach and Moonraker Recreation center for swimming and tennis. Brand new kitchen! High speed internet, smart TV (no cable, sorry) and stereo with blue tooth. Clean, simple lines, colors and patterns within open floor plan that we keep clutter free for a relaxing experience. The house is set for up to 5 adults and 2/3 kids with 6 beds (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twinXL and twin low bunk beds) distributed in 3 bedrooms with spacious closets and 2 full bathrooms (1 shower, 1 shower/tub.) Newly remodeled "sun room" (multi-use room in former garage) with great views. Guests have access to the full house and bonus room where we have new washer and drier, and children's gear/toys. Free access to all Sea Ranch recreation centers and facilities (heated outdoor swimming pools, sauna, tennis, basketball) with a provided pass. We are available by text, email and phone. I will contact you a few days before your arrival with check in instructions and other useful information. Also you will have access to all this info here (airbnb website) once you confirm the booking. I will also text on your departure day as a friendly check out procedure reminder. The Sea Ranch is a unique community association of private homes, sited with careful attention to the natural landscape along a 10-mile stretch of the Sonoma County coast in Northern California. It is internationally known for its distinctive architecture, the sensitivity of its land planning, and community-based stewardship of the natural environment. Our home is located between the Ocean and Highway 1, so there's no need to cross the road to get to the bluff or beach. Short walk to one of the three Sea Ranch's recreation centers (with heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis court) and to Black Point Beach. 3min drive or 1M walk with expansive ocean views to the recently reopen Sea Ranch Lodge for coffee, brunch, dinner. 1M walk on the bluff trails to Black Point beach access and Pebble Beach (3 min drive to their parking lots off HWY1). 5 min drive to Two Fish Bakery at Stewarts Point, good for breakfast and pastries and Friday night pizza. 5/10min drive to the other 2 recreation centers in the Sea Ranch community. 15min drive to Gualala river/park and Gualala town, where there are 2 supermarkets, gas station, a few art galleries and restaurants, etc. Parking: only out door parking for 2/3 cars within the walled property limits (parking on the street is not allowed at The Sea Ranch.) We do not have enclosed garage. We do not have EV charger either. Accessibility: The place is accessible to persons with limited mobility (there are 2 steps to come into the house and 2 steps to access the deck, no ramps) with open plan kitchen/living-dinning room that opens to the deck and 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and bathroom with accessible shower on the ground floor. Kids: The house is kid friendly with a playroom and we have 2 high chairs, 2 pack-n-plays and toys and books that guests can use.
