Cottage in Minocqua

This is indeed a summer cottage and the all the fun quirks that go along with it. It's not the Ritz rather this is a cottage to simply kick back and enjoy the simple things. Located on Shishebogama Lake, part of the Shish/Gunlock chain of over 1,200 acres. Cottage is 1,000 sq. feet. Level lot with sandy 100' frontage. Good fishing (shhh...) off 95' pier. 3 bedrooms, outdoor grill, fire pit. Includes a row boat and canoe. We love furry friends, but we are NOT able to accommodate pets. The space Our cottage has 100 feet of private water frontage. Neighbors' cottages are about 100 feet away, separated by a woods. Property is part lawn and part wooded on a Private Drive. Guest access Cottage and all outside areas & outdoor games (front and back lawn/woods, pier, fire pit, grill, corn hole, disc golf practice cage, etc). Other things to note There is a public boat launch on Gunlock Lake, just through a short channel near the cottage. Very convenient if you bring your own boat or rent one locally.
