Cozy fireplace in main floor great room The modern kitchen has everything you’ll need to be the perfect host and the rear deck includes a grill, and extensive patio furniture, multi color remote lighting, large gas fire pit, for those nights you just want to kick back, sip your favorite cocktail and enjoy a BBQ. There is a small basement apartment that we maintain for personal use only. It has a separate entrance and a separate driveway. The garage and storage room above are not included in the rental, but there is plenty of room for up to 2 cars and an RV/Trailer in the front parking area. There is a security door from the garage to the house which is kept locked during our guest stays. The backyard and house are for your exclusive use. I like to meet my guests in person when they first arrive to welcome them to my home. We have never cancelled a guest prior to their approved stay. We live close by and can help in any special needs or circumstances that you may need, but our HOA requires a minimum stay for 30 days. We do not accept 3rd party bookings for anyone not staying at the property. At the property there are 2 10 speed bikes, beach and watersports floaties , on request we can supply fishing, hiking, coolers and extra beach chairs, sports rackets & balls etc. We can help you with all you will need for day trips or outings to make your stay truly a memorable experience!
