Quick 15 minutes to the Pearl, OHSU, PCC Sylvania, downtown or the Moda Center. Close to OHSU and Multnomah Village. 10 miles to NIKE Headquarters. Located in West Portland Park. Its a 2 minute drive to I-5 (Capitol Highway Exit) so getting anywhere is quick and easy. This home is available as a monthly rental only. The 16 mile trip from the airport is all highway and takes on average about 25 minutes. If requesting 30 nights please check for occupancy taxes. All 7 bedrooms are TRUE bedrooms with 5 bedrooms with queen beds (7), one with a king bed and one with 1 queen and one twin bed. New mattresses, bedding and linens. Ideal for corporate training or retreats, contractors, temporary housing for families as well as family gatherings and reunions. Our home is set up for all your needs with Smart HDTV (4), wireless internet (1 Gig mbps) and a two car garage. There are 3 stories with 2 living rooms, 3 dining areas, 2 laundry rooms and two kitchens. The kitchens and bathrooms were recently remodeled and there's new flooring and paint. New whole house central air and gas heat. BEDROOMS AND BEDS: The upper level has 4 bedrooms with 1 king in the master, a queen in of the 2 bedrooms and a queen in the fourth bedroom). There is a bedroom on the main with 1 queen and one twin bed. The other two bedrooms are on the bottom level, both have queen beds. The lower level is NOT a basement and is above ground- full walkout. BATHROOMS: There are 3 full and one half bath. On the upper level the master has an ensuite private bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a walk in shower. Dual sink vanity. There is also a full bath off the hallway with a walk in shower. On the main level there is a half bath. On the lowest level the bathroom has a huge walkin shower (no bathtub). KITCHEN AND DINING: The main level has 2 dining areas. Off the kitchen is a table that will seat 6. There is a kitchen island with 3 barstools. There's a full kitchen on the lower level with a fridge so no need to run up the stairs to fetch a refreshing beverage. On the lower level there is a dining table that seats 4. There is a connecting door between the upstairs 5 bedroom and the downstairs 2 bedrooms. The is separate outside access for each unit as well. There are 2 balconies: There is balcony off the main level with patio furniture. On the lower level there is a balcony as well with outside chairs. Both balconies are in the treetops - please supervise small children accordingly. There is a 2 car deep garage with a provided garage door opener. A crew cab pick up with a full bed will fit in one of the bays. There is room for 3 additional vehicles. in the driveway. There are outside security cameras aimed at the driveway. The house is built into a hillside with a creek running through the backyard. there are outside video/surveillance cameras for your safety and to confirm guest counts. Please note this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Great for corporate rentals and retreats, meetings and a nice option to staying in multiple rooms in a hotel. Outfitted with laptop desks and side tables that slide for corporate meetings. THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: We consider a dog with prior approval. No cats. This is a NO PARTY house. Only registered guests are allowed to use this property. The City of Portland requires the names and addresses of all guests staying at the house. They also require the license plate and model of any vehicles including rentals. You are required to provide the names and addresses before access instructions are released. Pictures of any vehicles can be sent after arrival. Smoking and Vaping outside only. Take a stroll down the private road to partake of any smoking activity. Please do not use the outside deck to smoke as it travels to the neighbor. Above all - remember you are surrounded by trees and vegetation - do NOT FLICK YOUR BUTTS! You must be over 25 to reserve, have a valid photo ID which must match the credit card used to reserve. We will ask for your ID upon arrival. Quiet time per the City of Portland is 10 pm. Please move inside after 10 pm with the doors and windows closed. The outside deck areas are VERY high off the ground. If you have small children we can provide keys to lock the access to these areas. All small children must be supervised by a responsible adult when using the outside decks. Guest access This entire home sits on a forested hill just minutes from the South Waterfront and downtown. Less than a mile from I-5 with quick access to the highway. There are 2 stocked kitchens and 2 washers and dryers. There is a 2 car garage with a as well as ample parking in front of the house. This home is very private at the dead end of a driveway off a cul de sac. Only one neighbor, trees in front and back. There is a creek running thru the backyard. Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a no pet/animals house: Bringing your pet into spaces illegally has far-reaching ramifications that you can’t always see. This is a NO PARTY house. Only registered guests are allowed to use this property. The City of Portland requires the names and addresses of all guests staying at the house. We will access the property for maintenance issues and such access cannot be denied. We do not issue any refunds We are not responsible for any interruptions in amenities due to outside forces. This includes power, gas, internet, wifi and cable. We highly recommend the purchase of travel interruption insurance. Our cancellation policy is no refunds. We do not provide any refunds for extenuating circumstances. We will provide any requested information to your travel insurance provider to expedite your claim.
