"Super Paradise" Pool, Tiki-Hut and Waterview!

Welcome to our beautiful waterfront retreat “Super Paradise"! Our home boasts an expansive and breathtaking view of the Intracoastal water. We have a large grass backyard, pool, Tiki Hut. Our living space is very comfortable and welcoming. We have a pool heater which is available for an extra charge per night during your stay. Our home is very clean and well maintained. We have a new Lennox AC system and dishwasher. We are licensed by the City and State. Located in amazing Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The space "Super Paradise” is a name we decided to use because of the super, expansive, breathtaking water view and large backyard, pool, Tiki Hut and sophisticated living space! It is like no other. Upon entering our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, you are greeted by a spacious, open living area offering direct, unobstructed views of the outdoor pool, tropical palms and waterfront. The living area is equipped with a new large leather sectional sofa and a 48 inch HDTV with over 200 U-Verse channels and Wi-Fi. Situated immediately off the living area is a dining room which seats 6 comfortably. Also, there is a kitchen granite counter top that has bar chairs for 2 more people overlooking the kitchen. The open kitchen offers unobstructed views of the pool, Tiki Hut and waterway. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything one could possibly expect while on vacation. A new dishwasher was installed and microwave. In addition, a laundry room with Washer and Dryer is right off the kitchen. From there, you can enter our garage. The Main Suite is a retreat in and of itself and is equipped with a King Size Bed, HD TV, custom closets with mirror doors. The bathroom has direct access to the pool deck. The Main Suite also has an attached large bonus Florida room with additional chaise lounging, sitting and relaxing which has access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen size bed and custom closet. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. There are fans in every room. The house has a new Lennox AC system. "Super Paradise” has impact windows and doors, new appliances, beautiful tile flooring in the entire common living space of the home and light wood flooring in the bedrooms providing a rich, yet warm, feeling throughout. In May 2015, new furniture, sofa bed, dining, beds, mattresses, washer and dryer, TVs, etc. were purchased. Finally, in October 2015 we added a pool heater for additional enjoyment of the pool in colder months. There is an extra charge per day to use the heater due to increased energy costs.
