A covered back porch with comfortable couches, a gas grill and and an outside eating table overlooks a 15 x 30 ft. in ground pool. There’s also a hammock under mature trees and a basketball hoop onsite. The home’s entryway has double height ceilings whose high-gloss white wood beams carry over to the adjoining tall ceiling living room. The living room has a conversation cluster of comfortable velvet couches and chairs, a classic grand Steinway piano in rosewood, and a full wall of glass sliding doors framing a calming garden and intracoastal waterway view. The kitchen has white cabinets, modern appliances and granite countertops and is stocked with all the plates and cooking utensils you’ll need for the days where you’d like to dine at home. Also enjoy views of the pool and surrounding waterways from the eat-in kitchen. The dining room, with views of the intracoastal and west waterway has a 60 inch round table that comfortably seats 8. A family room sits on the other side of the kitchen. Relax into the plush motorized reclining glove leather couches and enjoy a big, 55 inch high-definition smart TV with sound bar and premium cable service. There’s a brand new front-loading washer and dryer stack available behind a natural wood barn door. A wet bar area is also nearby and integrates an outdoor video surveillance system for your security. We have plenty of board games to play! There are a total of four guest bedrooms; two upstairs, two downstairs. The two downstairs guest bedrooms each have its own king sized bed, large closet and flat screen TV, and a newly renovated bathroom complete the first floor. One downstairs guest room also has a pull out full sized sofa bed; air mattresses can be supplied on request. The upstairs has a very large master suite with its own private sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with Carrera marble and roman tub. This room has a king sized pillow top bed, plenty of closets and a 50” ultra HD smart TV. The upstairs guest room provides a comfortable queen sized pillow top bed, a flat screen TV, and has access to its own newly renovated, light-filled bathroom. Both of these upstairs bedrooms share a sprawling 11x40 balcony with breathtaking views. We can provide children’s items such as a port-a-crib, high chair, play pen and stroller, as well as beach chairs and bicycles upon request. Just outside the Golden Isles gates are many shops, stores, and major South Florida attractions. Starbucks, Panera, Publix, Toojays and Sage Delis and Whole Foods are all within close proximity. In nearby Hallandale there’s also Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino and Shops, and the Mardi Gras Casino. There’s plenty of shopping and dining at the expansive Aventura Mall and also at the exclusive Bal Harbour Shoppes. Across the intracoastal is Hollywood Beach, with its engaging restaurant and shop lined beachfront broadwalk. Hollywood is also home to the Diplomat Hotel, the Diplomat Golf Course and the Margaritaville Resort. Hop in the car and within 10-40 minutes you can be enjoying numerous South Florida attractions including, to the south, Bal Harbour, the bustling historic South Beach, trendy Wynwood, Vizcaya, Parrot Jungle, the Perez Art Museum, downtown Miami and Key Biscayne; to the north explore Ft.
