The living room windows light up the room and offer incredible views of the mountains and of the top floor courtyard. There is a pull out couch for two additional guests and cable TV as well. The bedroom is equipped with a king bed, comfortable linens, and access to an over-sized balcony overlooking Palm Canyon Dr. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers, a set of lush towels for each guest, body and hair care products, and a hair dryer. Each kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. Other amenities included in each unit are free WiFi, pool towels for each guest, generous closet space, hangers and one luggage rack. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities within the unit as well as free parking, beach cruisers, mini putt-putt, grill, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, laundry facilities, and elevator. Complimentary beach-cruisers are popular for touring the gently winding streets in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood. The quiet and relaxing pool is complemented by lush palm trees, sounds from the water fountain surrounded, and beautiful views of the mountains. There is a stainless steel grill, Jacuzzi and large swimming pool. The pool stays heated to 85 degrees in the winter and offers a refreshing break from the heat in the summer. Other things to note There is a one-time set up with the essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Housekeeping is not available, and extra linens, towels and supplies are not available beyond what is already provided. There is an early arrival fee of $35. Due to strict scheduling, early arrivals and late checkouts can only be authorized with guest services on the day of arrival. The AC will turn off if the sliders and doors are not closed and locked.
