Swim in the condo's heated pool or just a few steps out enjoy swimming in the ocean, build sandcastles or hunt for special sea shells. Kayak thru the Mangroves and watch the wildlife follow you or paddle board, fish, swim, or walk the trails at the park just a short walk. The park also has restrooms, grills for picnicking and a playground for kids. During 4th of July - see fireworks from the Lanai and step to the condos private beach to watch boat racing. St Armand's Circle has many amazing restaurants, coffee, ice cream and shops within walking distance. Visit the Mote Aquarium about 2 miles away. Visit Ringling Museum and Mansion about 3 miles away. Visit all the fine dining, shops, theaters and Farmers Market at downtown Sarasota only about 2-3 miles away. Marina Jacks and a variety of cruises are available just 2-3 miles from the condo.
