It’s the perfect place to start and end a hill country wine tour or a round of golf at the "Buckhorn". There is plenty of shopping and antiquing in downtown Comfort or a visit to Fredericksburg is just a short 23 miles away. Along with the large 550 sf living area it has a spacious 300+ sf bedroom with a king size bed and large sofa. The newly remodeled bathroom is located in the bedroom. The kitchen is furnished with refrigerator, microwave and electric stove/oven. Located off the kitchen is the half bath with washer and dryer for your convenience. A quaint dining nook is located next to the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee. If you like, watch the deer from the window at the dining table in the living area while the sun rises over the native pecan trees. Each of the three rooms has its own heater/air conditioner with a remote control for your comfort. The living area has a queen size sofa sleeper with curtains that can be closed for privacy. Short walk to downtown Comfort to enjoy shopping, dining, the local wines and a cactus distillery. There is quite often music in and about the town.
