This pet friendly log cabin with a fully fenced yard, includes two primary suites. Each equipped with a king memory foam mattress, blackout shades, and ensuite full bathroom. The cabin truly provides a clean, warm, and cozy atmosphere throughout. Enjoy fast WiFi up to 500 Mbps, a workspace, smart TV, gas fireplace, kids’ toys, pack 'n play, and a fully stocked kitchen. The space • Two primary suites: Each feature a memory foam king bed & their own ensuite full bathroom. • Living area: Open concept, features a stone, wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV. • Fully equipped kitchen. • 3rd full bathroom was recently renovated. • Large Front deck with dining table and adirondack chairs (fully fenced yard) • Backyard: Backyard project completed June 2025. New hot tub, pavers, and turf installed. We recently resumed managing our Airbnb after working with a property manager for some time. Late Checkout Policy: • Standard checkout time: 10:00 am • Late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • Fees for late checkout: - Up to 1 hour: Complimentary (if available) - 1–2 hours: $25 - 2–4 hours: 50% of the nightly rate - More than 4 hours: Full additional night’s rate - Failure to vacate by the agreed time without prior approval may result in additional charges. Other things to note Important:** Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Due to a local measure (Measure T) banning short term rentals in residential neighborhoods in South Lake Tahoe, we are prohibited from renting our cabin for less than 30 days at a time. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action asap, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
